Sorry for not updating for ages. We went to Howden last week and stayed in student accommodation of York University. The whole week was nice, busy and exciting. After spending most of the time on video editing and studio, I was able to practise more about Premier and also studio cameras. But now all the exciting moments have gone, I am sitting in front of my desk, suffering the awful feeling of high fever. There is no taste and smell at the moment. I feel dizzy and tired……
However, all I could recover myself is going through these pictures that I’ve been taken during these two week. Lots more memories! (Bro Adrian and Sis Kelly are listening carefully about Grandpa Phil’s introduction of studio.)

Got sunburn in the face, got totally sweat in the metro, and spend the whole day to pray for a nice day….. And there was only sarcastic voice:”I saw a plane on an airshow!!” lol
(People mountain People sea… a Chinese expression hahaha)
(where is the aircraft?)
(haha at least here is one!)
(I would rather see you in the sky!!)
(mama, where is the plane?)
(Lillian and me got really tired and ready for a sunbath then the result was sunburn…)
For the very first layout, I have been struggling for two days… lol In stead of giving a big wide screen background, I just use white at the moment. Ben has checked the module guide again, well, we have to design a website for a regional news agency, so I have to change my home page again, or at least design another page for the home page…. I did sleep well last night, so didn’t fall asleep today. But Kelly and Phil were not here today, it has been very quite… Well I don’t mean Phil would be more annoying, just too quite though… lol Thx Michael and Mark for helping us for two days.
Hey Dave, if you are reading this, please have a look at my first layout:
(I’ve got more pics on the sidebar, and need to put main content in. )
(Picture taken yesterday: guys don’t like Mac, but just could help sticking on it all the time…)
Meeting friends from Internet, it’s not a usual thing that I would do when I was home. Now I started to make friends from online community. The amazing thing of these groups is to share the sameness and learn from each other!
My very first FlickrMeet:

This is my second day of dreamweaver study, I thought I’d already been a dreamer~~ Going bed late should never be a good idea for those who has to get up early to take shower, put make-up, make breakfast, iron cloth and spend some last minutes to find keys and check emails and flickr before going out home…..
I thought I would be late again which I was not. It’s very interesting to set up your own site like build your own house. However, my brain just didn’t work properly this morning…… Ne functionne pas!!!
So obviously, it’s not easy to be a web designer. You need creativity, technique and also patience!!! For me, a web page is not a simple click. Well, at least Dave has kept encouraging us: well done!! We could achieve our own website, sooner or later!
Just had another nice photo hunting day. I planned to watch the Well-E tonight, but missed the last one. So I went out for some shots with my flatmate. Today I tried some HDR images. It’s kind of technical images with 3 Aperture priority and EV range +2 0 -2 images. Then set camera into Auto Bracketing function, then click three image and use Photomatix to process it and tone mapping the image. The here comes my very first HDR images!
(Love this one! This is the joyfulness of playing HDR images..)
Also some highlights of my last weekend:
(Kelly and her colleague were working in the windy Saturday )
The same day of last year, I went to Malaysia as my graduation trip. After attending a three-day Aikido seminar in Seri Pataling, and having a self-adventure in the city centre, I’ve made a group of friends and taken lots of pictures and memory back to Shanghai. Now one year has passed, another group of Malaysian friends of mine have celebrated their graduation in Northumbria University. Also thanks to Vic, I knew King, then all the other guys.
I did remember yesterday Vic’s uncle asked me: “Did you fall in love with Malaysia?” I didn’t answer. Today Auntie asked to go to Malaysia one day to visit them. I am sure I will! And guess what, I love Malaysia!

(Vic: Congratulations!)
This video for all who is about to start their own life with their own way!
North East largest gay pride event has been staged in Newcastle city center on 12th July. A picnic was arranged in town center park, Leazes Park, in the afternoon. Well, personally, I think there is nothing wrong to be LGBT. You can tell how joyful and brave they are from these pics. When they face to my camera, full of pound and pride. I would bless them! Big smile to my camera, no matter who you are, delight my life! Be pound living!
